Grades 9-12: Students Dialogue with Students!

I would like to collaborate with a high school social studies class to engage in dialogue about the students' differing views on rural and/or urban education, cultural and community issues. I would like to have students connect throughout next year. Meeting a few times a month. We are a small rural school in Vermont, USA. If the time schedule of all year, etc... doesn't work for you- I am happy to be flexible. I would just so love to use this technology for dialogue and collaboration between students so they can talk about what is important to them!
