Grades 9-12: Mythology Conference


Description:It's all Greek to me! Breaking down the myths that have shaped our lives. This is a cross curriculum interactive lesson combining History and English teachers from around the world discussing local, national, and international mythology.

Methods and Activities:
World Class Schools will host a special video conference April 11.

Time: 8:00 am CDT 9:00 EDT 13:00 GMT

Length Two hours

Type: Presentations, round table discussions


Presentations: Each class will present a 5 minute presentation on Greek God of their choice and a five minute presentation on a local myth (regional or national)

Hosts: Michael Cunningham and students from Del Valle High School Co hosts Mary and her class from National Dali High School in Taiwan

Organization: World Class Schools, Top Ten Schools, Four Nations Project, The Centre for Global Education
