| Description: | Most job candidates find this question to be a particularly difficult question to answer. That is a misplaced view. This question offers an opportunity to describe yourself positively and focus the interview on your strengths. Be prepared to deal with it. These days, it’s unavoidable. Now this conference will have different schools showcase some of their student's demostrating what are good examples of how to answer the number question on the mind of employers today. There will be some awards for the best overall answer. Each answer will have to be at least four minutes in length to qualify. If you want to make a difference in your students' life- why not showcase their talent to the world. We will have two sessions- One early in the morning from 7:30 t0 9:30 am (East Coast and Eastern Canada, and Far East) Another session- Will be from 10:30-1:30 am (Western Canada, US) All times will be CDT |
