 | We are a suburban community on Long Island in New York, just outside of the Big Apple. We would like to video conference with classes from different regions of the United States, Mexico or Canada. We already met with a class from the south in South Carolina and it was wonderful. We would like to share about life in New York and we would like to learn about the geography of your area as well as cultural aspects of your region. We have learned about Vancouver, Canada thanks to the Olympics and we’ve also studied about Alaska during the Iditarod. We would be particularly eager to hear from a class in those areas. We’re seeking a one time chat lasting a total of 30 min. during which both groups would share and then a short Q and A. |
