Objective of Collaboration I teach 7th and 8th grade students at a middle school in Pennsylvania. The course I teach is only 36 days long. At the end of the course, my students create collaborative multimedia projects about topics they want to promote awareness about. They choose their own learning, work in collaborative, cooperative groups to research, and they get to choose how to display their project (iMovie, webpage, Prezi, Keynote, etc.). The kids would like to have an audience to share their projects with and to interact through a videoconference. Our time line is strict due to layout of course and the school year ending.
Time Frame June 2011
Target Audience Education: Grade(s): 6, 7, 8
