| Objective of Collaboration | This would be a collaborative project between our high school Family and Consumer Science department and your similar classroom. We would provide you with Louisiana (Cajun or Creole) recipes and a box of Louisiana staples and cultural items (Tony Chachere's Seasoning, Mardi Gras beads, etc) and would expect the same in return. Students will prepare the dishes and discuss each other's food and culture. | |
