Description:
Two 3rd grade classes will meet during library time. Each student will pick a Title and call number out of a jar. These will have been perviously read and reviewed by a student in the other class. Students will have 5 minutes to find the books and return to their seats. At the end of the search students will share for about a minute their review of the book and any recommendations. Preparation for the collaboration should include short review sheet filled out by the students, enough slips with names of books ( it,s okay to have have reviews of the same book as long as you have multiple copies for students to find. Those students can be pair up for reviews. Collaborations can been with 4th and 5th grades also.
Dates:January 2011 to February. Times are open. No Mondays or between 12- 2
