Objective of Collaboration Heart Lake Secondary School is a Gold Certified EcoSchool located in the Peel District School Board, just outside Toronto, Ontario. Students of the Environmental Club would like to host a conference where they share strategies that have been adopted by the school in order to achieve this status, as well as hear about strategies introduced by other schools to reduce their ecological footprint or help their facility adopt various sustainable solutions. They would also like to offer their experience and expertise to schools that may wish to improve ecological literacy and develop environmental practices.
